Compensation

Gospel to All Creation International Church will Sponsor the prospective employee for R-1 Temporary Nonimmigrant Religious Workers Visa that allows to come and work in the United States of America temporarily solely in Religious’ Jobs.

 

All cost relating to the Visa process will be covered by the Church, and the church will cover his/her living costs such as, Food, housing, electric bills, Internet, Cell phone, gas bill, and gives Two hundred dollar per month ($200.) as a pocket money. 

 

Position Summary

The worship minster will be responsible for worship ministry that Coordinate weekend service programming, lead worship in the main service, lead worship in student and young adult environments, lead volunteer teams of singers and musicians musically and spiritually, collaboratively plan media and technical elements for services including video and graphics.

He/she is also responsible coordinating the media ministry that develops graphics, rich media and other online content to support the Gospel to All Creation International Church’s mission, vision, and objectives. Moreover, he/she is required to plan, create, coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate video, audio, podcasts and graphics on the church’s digital pages, (Such us the church’s Web site, Facebook page, and YouTube) and  equip volunteers of the church’s media and worship ministry spiritually as well as being willing to help other branches of ministry in the church as being instructed.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be willing to work only to the Gospel to All Creation International Church for at least five years, or 60 months. The prospective employee is not allowed to work or volunteer for any other religious organizations, or churches.

Must be a born again Christian. 

Must be able to play at least Keyboard.

Must be single. This must be supported by providing documentation from the appropriate government office.

Must be able to speak fluently and write perfectly in Amharic Language.

Must be able to provide supporting letters from the church where he/she is volunteered, or employed about his spiritual Character, personal life (Which includes if he/she has good moral character, and his/her marriage Situation), knowledge of the doctrine of the Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia, and paid or unpaid experience. (Note that the church where the prospective employee volunteered or employed must be a member of the Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia or have a similar doctrine with the Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia.) 

Must commit to the doctrine, vision, beliefs, core values, bylaws, rules and guidelines of the Gospel to All Creation International Church.

Must work Full-Time Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM

Must volunteer and attend in all the services (including Saturday and Sunday) of the Gospel to All Creation International Church.

Must have strong knowledge of the doctrine of the Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia. (His knowledge would be examined by asking doctrinal questions during the interview).

Must have experience paid or unpaid (volunteering) in media ministry or worship ministry (This includes being worship team or choir leader, playing any music instruments, or working as sound man, photo man,  video man and video Editor in the church for at least four years.)

Preferred Requirement

Certificate or degree in Music, or media production.

Certificate, or degree in Basic Theology from one of Theology schools in Ethiopia, or from a church which is a member of the Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Ethiopia.

Able to play Keyboard, Bass, and Drum.

Sample Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement is done between the Gospel to All Creation International Church and Prospective Employee, and the prospective employee and Gospel to All Creation International Church are willing fully agreeing with the following terms.

The prospective must be willing to work and volunteer only for the Gospel to All Creation International Church for at least five years.

The prospective employee cannot apply for religious green card during the five-year contract. If he/she applies, the church will take legal actions to make the Prospective employee deported from the United States of America.

The prospective employee cannot live in the United States of America and quit the Job.

The prospective employee is free to be hired or sponsored once the five-year agreement is over by any kind of organizations if Gospel to All Creation International Church decides not to sponsor the prospective employee for religious green card. 

 

Suppose the prospective employee decides to quit the job, he/she must leave the United States of America immediately, and Gospel to All Creation International Church will notify the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services immediately (USCIS). Suppose the prospective employee quits the Job, but does not leave the United States of America, Gospel to All Creation International Church will take any further legal action to make the prospective employee deported beside notifying the USCIS.

 

Gospel to All Creation International Church will cover the prospective employee living cost and pays two hundred dollar per month ($200) for the prospective employee.

 

Gospel to All Creation International Church has the right to terminate the prospective employee from working at any time for any reasons. Suppose the church terminates the prospective employee, he/she is free to be hired or sponsored by any other churches or religious organizations and non-religious organizations.

 

Gospel to All Creation International Church may decide to sponsor the prospective employee for religious green card if the church has needs of the prospective employee, and the prospective employee must be willing to work with the church at least for additional two years with the new salary and any work agreement. Please note that Gospel to All Creation International Church is not required to sponsor the prospective employee for religious green card. Moreover, after the prospective employee gets his green card, the prospective employee must keep his promise to work for the Gospel to All Creation International Church for two years. If the prospective employee breaks his/her promise, Gospel to All Creation International Church will take legal actions to cancel his religious green card and make him/her deported from the United States of America.

 

Suppose the prospective employee gets any other immigration status by any other legal actions or means which enables him to live here, and work here with any other types Religious and nonreligious Business entities, companies, and organizations which are Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Company, Business Corporation,  religious and non-religious organization, and any types and  forms of companies entities, or organizations in the soil of the United States of America, he/she is not allowed to work until he/she finishes the five year contract with Gospel to All Creation International Church. In short, the prospective employee and Gospel to All Creation International Church are willing fully agreeing with the following terms

 

Although the prospective employee gets any other immigration status in the United States of America which allows the prospective employee to live and work with other companies in the United States of America, the prospective cannot work anywhere in the soil of the United States of America. Either the prospective employee must keep working full time and volunteering only to the Gospel to All Creation International Church until the five years contract is over, or Gospel to All Creation International Church will take legal action to cancel the prospective employee of any immigration status, which the prospective get by other means and actions in the united States of America, and make him/her deported.

Suppose the prospective employee breaks any of the above agreements, he/she will be fired from Gospel to All Creation International Church, and the church will take legal actions to remove the prospective employee from any immigration status in the United States of America and make him/her deported from the U.S.
